Plus a special sauce to go with the meat, and sesame-oil garlic salted shrimp. The olive kimchi is nice and salty, great eaten with rice and meat 🙌🏻 And then out came the Dotdot Special (raw) right away!!! Pork belly, kkodeulsal, galmaegisal, dual pork jowl, cheek meat — so many different cuts. The basic setup gives you nurungji (scorched rice) salt, but if you go to the self-bar there's also pink salt. I started with pork belly on the grill, then put on the rest of the cuts in order!!!
