Eating around Seomyeon, sometimes you just crave a warm, filling bowl like gukbap (rice soup) or galbitang (short rib soup). This time I visited Gang Galbitang Seomyeon, which serves galbitang as its base menu along with galbi gukbap, spicy galbi gukbap, and galbi noodles. I'll walk through everything I ate and the overall vibe of the place. ## Where is Gang Galbitang Seomyeon, and where do you park? Gang Galbitang is located at 1F, 33 Saessak-ro, Busanjin-gu, Busan. Coming out of exit 11 of Seomyeon Station and walking a bit toward Citizens Park, you'll find it. If you're driving, it's worth checking parking ahead of time. You can use the Blue Parking lot near the restaurant, and if you spend over ₩20,000 on your meal, you get a 30-minute parking discount. With ribs in the broth and rice on the side, it made a well-rounded single meal.
