I go back and forth between Suwon and Daegu a lot, so I eat alone often. Today I wanted to introduce one of my go-to pasta spots for solo dining >.<

It's none other than the one everyone already knows — Rolling Pasta 🍝

Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch is right in front of Exit 12 of Suwon Station, so the location is great, and there are always plenty of other solo diners, so I never feel self-conscious haha. Let me share my review ❤️

## Where is Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch, and what are the hours?

By public transit, it's right in front of Exit 12 of Suwon Station. Hours are daily 11:00–21:30 with last order at 21:00. No parking, but takeout, delivery, and reservations are available, high chairs are on hand, and group seating is possible too.

I was SO hungry that day, so on my own I ordered pasta with sausage added, plus fries and dessert — and finished every last bite without leaving anything behind... hehe, absolutely delicious ᴖ ᴈ ᴖ

Let me start with the butter garlic pasta I was curious about! First off, there's a slab of butter sitting right on top of the pasta, which already looks amazing... and adding sausage and snow cheese made it even richer and more satisfying ㅠ.ㅠ

True to its name, the butter garlic pasta was loaded with thinly sliced garlic. It was nicely toasted, so the sharp bite was gone and only the garlic's sweetness came through ㅠㅠㅠ. Eaten together with the pasta, the umami was insane ❣️

I cut up the sausage with my spoon and ate it along with the pasta and cheese, nom~ It'll probably pack on the pounds, but coating it generously in sauce makes it even tastier ♡

And this garlic baguette-ish thing(?) is seriously the real MVP...ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I already love garlic baguettes, but the one inside Rolling Pasta's butter garlic pasta had soaked up so much sauce that it was moist and the garlic aroma came through even stronger. Sweet and salty perfection!!!!

### Bacon cheese fries for 3,900 won

I also ordered the bacon cheese fries on top! Solo, with pasta plus sausage added... and then this on top too — I felt like I was going to burst ㅋㅋㅋㅠ

If you're not a big eater, adding one order of this for two people to share would be just right!! ₩3,900 is such a steal.

The crispy bacon topping sprinkled on top went so well with it bb. Even though I was already full, I demolished it in no time hehe

I debated whether to finish my meal first before ordering, but ended up ordering everything at once. When it first arrived the mango was still slightly frozen, so by the time I finished my meal, it had softened just right and was perfectly cool to eat. If you're planning to order it, I'd suggest ordering it together with your pasta!! 💛
