That day I went with my favorite, Tiger fresh makgeolli 🐯🍶 And apparently since September, 5 new popular makgeolli varieties have been added. Unlike the usual shredded potato jeon, this one uses whole potatoes, so it felt much heartier. Above all, the texture was so crispy! Crispy like eating a snack — like potato chips — so my hand kept reaching for it along with the makgeolli 😂 And since we tend to eat slowly, jeon usually cools down and loses its appeal, but this one was still delicious even after eating slowly. A jeon that's still good cold is rare...
