Pyu Euljiro is a large, 70-pyeong dining space right in the middle of Euljiro. It's described as a clean, smooth beer with caramel and toasty cookie notes, but it felt a bit like a dark beer to me. I was also torn over a refreshing ale for a minute. My friend arrived a little late, so I ordered first and they brought my beer right away. But once she showed up, the staff swapped it out for a colder one. It's a pasta made with a richly reduced shrimp sauce topped with an elegant champagne foam, meant to carry the flavor of the deep sea!! And as we ate, we realized there was actually a lot of meat!!! We got so full haha (At first I wondered if these two dishes would be enough for us. Luckily my friend said she's dieting. Got a shot of the vibe here haha. I really, really recommend this place. The distance between seats was so nice too!! Sure enough, there were groups of women, blind dates, and couples on dates all around us haha.
