On a Sunday at 1pm there was a short wait before a window seat for two, and the gyukatsu set for two came with a mini charcoal grill and four sauces: wasabi, salt, house soy sauce and chili. We got lucky and were seated by the window! Along with the gyukatsu, you get cabbage salad, white rice, and doenjang (soybean paste) soup. The sauces are also quite varied — wasabi, salt, and two more make four in total!! The real appeal of gyukatsu is being able to adjust the doneness to your own taste!!
