## In short

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a sandwich shop on B3 of Grand Central in Jung-gu, Seoul. I had a jambon pistachio sandwich and iced Americano, where nutty sweetness and salty jambon were nicely balanced. A light yet filling pick before or after the KTX.

Whenever I have plans near Seoul Station or need something simple before or after taking the KTX, it is surprisingly not that easy to find a meal that feels light but still filling. This time, I visited Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, located in Grand Central right in front of Seoul Station.

There are so many sandwich options, so it is a great place to stop by if you have been looking for brunch or a sandwich around Seoul Station! You can get it to go or eat right there, which made it convenient before or after using Seoul Station.

## How do you get from Seoul Station to Grand Central?

![Route from Seoul Station to Grand Central](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-01-d14p6-966.webp)

First, head to the Grand Central building to get to Dance Dance Dance. It is really close to Seoul Station! Come out around Seoul Station Exit 4 and keep walking straight! The Grand Central building is right nearby. It is very accessible from Seoul Station, so it is a good stop when you have an awkward bit of time before the KTX, and it also looked great for nearby office workers before work or at lunch.

## How to find the shop inside Grand Central

![Directions to B3 of Grand Central](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-02-fabug-966.webp)

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is on B3 of Grand Central. You can take the elevator or escalator down to B3; I took the escalator! Once you enter, pass the Tim Hortons you will see, then take the escalator down to B3~

![Dance Dance Dance location on B3](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-03-1xxho-966.webp)

It is situated in the middle of the underground level, so once you make it properly down to B3, Dance Dance Dance will be there to greet you immediately on your left~

## Can you eat at the shop?

There are so many people around Seoul Station that even after buying a sandwich, you can end up thinking, “So where do I eat this...?”

![Sandwich space with dine-in seating](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-04-1w9as-966.webp)

What I liked about Dance Dance Dance was that you can eat there right away as well as get takeout. There are seats in front of the shop, and apparently there are quite a lot of office-worker customers at lunchtime.

But when I visited at around 3 PM on a weekday, it was relatively quiet, so it did not feel at all intimidating to have a sandwich and coffee alone. I think it would suit anyone looking for a solo meal or a simple brunch spot too.

## Sandwich menu and ordering

![Sandwich specialist menu](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-08-1fpd4-966.webp)

As you would expect from a sandwich specialist, the menu was seriously varied... and everything looked delicious..

![Chicken breast and seasonal sandwich menu](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-10-11qoi-966.webp)

There are lighter options such as a chicken-breast sandwich, plus tofu cream cheese baguettes and seasonal items, so I think it would be fun to visit several times and choose something different each time! Looking around, everyone seemed to be having at least one sandwich!

You order at the kiosk, and I PICKED the jambon pistachio sandwich + iced Americano combo ₍₍ (ว ˘ω˘ )ง ⁾⁾

## How did the jambon pistachio sandwich taste?

![Jambon pistachio sandwich](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-12-1436j-966.webp)

A sandwich with jambon can easily end up with the ham's saltiness being too strong, while a pistachio menu can feel more like a dessert than a sandwich if the sweetness stands out too much. But this one had a really nice balance between the two.

With the first bite, you get pistachio's distinctive nutty, slightly sweet flavor, followed by the salty taste of the jambon: the perfect sweet-and-salty combination, neither too sweet nor too salty! Neither flavor covered the other; the sweetness and saltiness complemented each other, so I could eat it all without getting tired of it.

Personally, I tend to get a little tired of strongly sweet sandwiches after a few bites, but I liked that this one did not have that issue.

And when I took a sip of cold iced Americano with it, it refreshed my palate and went so well with the sandwich! I think it would be an especially good choice when you want something a little different from an ordinary ham-and-cheese sandwich ್꒰ ⑅ • ᵕ • ꒱◞ ♡

## Why it is great for KTX takeout

Given its Seoul Station location, this part is quite important too!! If you have time, you can have it there with coffee,

![Coffee and sandwich enjoyed at the shop](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-16-5n578-966.webp)

but if your train is soon or you need to head straight to the office, it is also easy to take away. Since it is a sandwich, it is easier to carry while you are on the move than a typical Korean meal or noodle dish, which is another plus.

I thought it would also be a nice option for anyone looking for a simple meal to eat on the train before taking the KTX from Seoul Station.

## What made it a good light meal at Seoul Station

![A Seoul Station meal of sandwich and coffee](https://img.superchart.com/images/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout/seoul-station-ktx-sandwich-takeout-18-132tt-1200.webp)

- Close to Seoul Station Exit 4
- On B3 of Grand Central
- Available from 7 AM
- A wide variety of sandwiches
- Takeout and dine-in available
- Comfortable for solo meals or a simple brunch

The jambon pistachio sandwich I had was personally very satisfying because the pistachio's subtle sweetness and the jambon's saltiness did not lean too far in either direction!! It felt even cleaner as a sweet-and-salty combination with an Americano. If you have plans at Seoul Station or are looking for something simple to eat before your train, I think Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station would be well worth a visit. :)
