It felt kind of like a diet-friendly menu item, and also great to pick at lightly as a side haha. The gochujang butter pasta, said to be Omil's signature dish. Since it was my first visit, I couldn't not try the signature menu haha. What arrived was a rosé-colored pasta that seemed like it had gochujang sauce but wasn't quite sure! I really love the texture of gnocchi so I tend to order it whenever it's on the menu, and I was curious about the salmon combination!
