The Jamsilsaenae branch is closest to Exit 3 of Jamsilsaenae Station on Line 2, and it's open daily from 11:00 to 24:00. It's wild that you can try representative sauces from all eight provinces of Korea at this one restaurant..!! The scallion salad had a tangy, spicy sauce that paired really well with the meat :) I think I ate it nonstop! The grilling vegetable section also had plenty of potato, bracken, and various mushrooms, which was great. There's something about this thin shaved pork belly... some days you just crave it for no reason? 😂😂 There are days I want it out of nowhere, no idea why!! Seasoned bean sprouts and kimchi that go well with the meat, grilled up nicely too~!
