Get off the subway and it's like a 3-minute walk? Right there! The person who did my hair at Beorn Hair Cheongdam was Deputy Director Ko Do-hee! If your hair is too damaged, the perm might not come out properly, so we decided to trim the ends first before perming. I didn't want to cut off much length, so the deputy director cut it keeping it as long as possible and also told me how to take care of my hair going forward. The style I wanted was curls as thick as a jelly perm `(*>﹏<*)′ I'd originally been thinking of a plain build perm or an Elizabeth perm, but since it had been so long since my last perm, I felt like that would be a bit lacking, so I decided to go with a style with more curl instead. First, my hair was washed nice and cool at the shampoo station. First, the perm solution was applied all over and then heat was applied. Super spacious and clean, which I loved. Salons usually have a strong perm-solution or dye smell, but Beorn Hair had none of that — it was really comfortable. And overall, the staff seemed to be talking closely with each customer while designing their hair. She rolled my hair beautifully with thick rods and carefully made sure heat was applied evenly. When was my last perm again ㅏㅏ.... Anyway, doing it this way at Beorn Hair meant the smell wasn't harsh and the hair seemed less damaged overall — I really liked that. Partway through, she applied plenty of neutralizer, checked the curl, then finished with a shampoo! After being fully satisfied with my perm at this Cheongdam-dong salon recommendation, Beorn Hair Cheongdam, I went on a selfie storm.. With my eyelash extensions and full makeup done by this point, I was in the mood for photos haha. I had plans the next day too and did full makeup, but since it was right after the perm, I skipped washing my hair. And it still looked naturally curly, which was perfect! I usually wash my hair the night before, so I thought the curls might get too loose by morning, but they held just the right amount of wave — extremely satisfying..💛 Since having my baby, I hadn't kept up with my hair at all and had fallen into a bit of a funk about my looks, but Beorn Hair really turned my mood around with pretty hair!!!
