Tannae Paju Main Branch is in Garam-maeul, Paju, and there's a parking area behind the restaurant. It's not huge, but when we arrived at 5:40 PM there was still space to park. If it's full, they said you can use the alley lot near the Samsung Plaza entrance. You can find the location on Naver Maps. We searched it on T Map and it was easy to find! The prices were much more reasonable than I expected! The marinated pork king grill, 300g, domestic pork even, was only 17,900 won. The charcoal flavor hits you right away,,, I couldn't resist. Time for a shot of soju. Once it's in your mouth, there's almost nothing to chew — it's that soft. How did they season it to make it this tender and delicious? This is the quality of a free side dish!? Loaded with plump crab, the broth had a depth all its own — we weren't going to order rice, but ended up ordering two bowls and wiping them clean. This place turns light eaters into big eaters; (please succeed so much you open more locations.) And on top of that, this kind of generous service event too? They really want to give you as much as possible haha. After 900g of meat + 2 bowls of rice + doenjang stew, I know we should have stopped. But eating that stew made one thing clear — this owner really knows how to cook. It would've been a shame to skip the naengmyeon, so we ordered that too. Look at this... naengmyeon in its purest form! Perfect for the three of us to finish with as dessert^^ After they cut it twice with scissors, we added a little vinegar and mustard, took a bite... and yep, it was amazing. The cold broth and chewy noodles were the best.
