The lighting was soft rather than overly bright, making it just right for a date or a leisurely meal and chat with friends. As expected of a well-known Seongsu steak katsu spot, the restaurant was already full on a weekday evening! From couples on dates to office workers stopping by after work, the place was buzzing with laughter and conversation. When you take your time grilling steak katsu, the solid fuel in the brazier can sometimes burn out and the flame goes out. Whenever we called a staff member, they kindly came over and replaced both the fuel and the grill plate. Even during a busy weekday dinner service, they looked after every customer, so I was able to enjoy a warm, perfect meal from beginning to end.
