On Saturday, I met my wife and her older sister’s family in Jamsil. After walking around Seoul in the heat, we wanted cold draft beer and stopped by Wareureu Mansion Bangi Branch (와르르맨숀 방이점) while looking for a place for daytime drinks.

## How far is it from Jamsil Station?

Wareureu Mansion Bangi Branch is at the entrance to Bangi-dong’s dining alley. We got there after walking about five minutes from Exit 8 of Jamsil Station on Line 8.

## What were the draft beer and food prices during my visit?

At the time of my visit, there was a promotion where guests arriving before 7 p.m. could have one 300 ml draft beer per person for ₩100. The first four beers our group ordered cost ₩400 in total. A basic side dish was served, and there were so many food options that it took us a while to choose.

The dishes were priced under ₩20,000, which felt reasonably priced. The regular price for a 300 ml draft beer was ₩1,900, but the promotion made our first beers cheaper that day.

## What was the atmosphere like on Saturday afternoon?

Even at around 4 p.m., there were many customers. From what I could see, many appeared to be in their twenties, and I liked the lively atmosphere.

## How were the chicken feet, jeon, and tangsuyuk?

Because the prices were low, I was curious about the food, but I liked the dishes we tried as well. We ordered three items: dakbal (chicken feet), jeon (Korean savory pancake), and tangsuyuk (sweet-and-sour fried pork).

### Were the chicken feet very spicy?

I do not usually enjoy chicken feet because they are spicy, but these were not extremely spicy for my taste. They were sweet and spicy, so I enjoyed them.

### Were the jeon and other dishes filling enough?

We also ordered a jeon dish, and the portion was large. At first, my wife and I ordered food and ate before her older sister’s family arrived, planning to order more when they came. We had intended to have a light beer and snacks before moving on to a second stop, but the portions were generous and we ended up much fuller than expected.

I also enjoyed the tangsuyuk. Compared with tangsuyuk from a Chinese restaurant, it was satisfying to my taste. We ordered three dishes, and even with four people eating, the amount felt ample.
