Walking into the shop, a faint aroma and upscale interior catch your eye right away. From the moment I stepped in, I felt myself relax, like the healing was already starting.

The wood-toned space had a calm mood, and soft music was playing, so my healing had already begun before the massage even started. There was a powder room to check yourself in after the massage, and since aroma-course guests might need to shower, a separate shower room was also prepared.

### Starting with a foot bath

I dipped my feet into warm water infused with aroma oil to start the foot bath.

After a few minutes soaking, the therapist dried my feet and I moved to the treatment room 😍

The great thing about this place is that you can change clothes and store your belongings right in the room where you get the massage. I put my things in the locker, changed into the massage clothes, and then got my massage 😍

My own private treatment room — clean and comfortable, it just put me in a good mood 💕 This is a time for solo healing, enjoying the massage while listening to quiet music. I'd been waiting for this moment so much >< This was such a great massage shop in Songpa!!

## Relief Basic Care 60 minutes — what does it work on

The course I chose at The Hanoi Foot & Body Songpa Garak Branch was the Relief Basic 60-minute course. It's back-body care that works on the neck, shoulders, back, and lower body, finishing with you turning over so the scalp gets pressed firmly too. I lay face-down on the bed and relaxed into it, and during the massage it was a time to put my phone away and focus completely on the massage.

### Back-body care (neck, shoulders, back, lower body)

From sitting at my PC so much for work, my neck, shoulders, and shoulder blades had gotten stiff and achy lately. The therapist checked and pinpointed my tense muscles, gently working them loose. The most knotted spots did hurt a bit, but she adjusted the pressure carefully and smoothly for those areas.

After the back care finished, she had me turn over and pressed firmly into my head, which felt amazing. With every press, the fatigue and stiffness that had built up seemed to melt away.
