My friend said she was craving clams, so after work we headed to Hawaii Clam Hongdae Branch, a great grilled-clam spot near Hongdae Entrance Station :) ## Hawaii Clam Hongdae Branch, an easy walk from Hongdae Entrance Station It is a seven-minute walk from Exit 9 of Hongdae Entrance Station, so it was closer than I expected and nice to walk to. We made a reservation for two on a weekday evening and visited 💙 You can conveniently book through Naver Reservation! We booked through Naver, and they showed us straight to our table as soon as we arrived—zero waiting at all...! At first, a staff member grilled them for us. The heat was stronger than I expected, but it could be adjusted, so I did not have to worry about anything burning, haha. You could immediately taste that unstored, fresh quality in every bite—it was insanely delicious 🫠 The cheese scallops were piled generously with cheese, and just the smell of it melting was enough to make my mouth water ㅠㅠ The corn cheese was great too: every kernel still had texture, with such a lovely salty, nutty balance.
