Hwadeogeuro Gan Godeungeo, the Baegun Lake set-meal spot, grills its fish in a wood-fired oven over 500°C, so it comes out crispy outside and juicy inside 🐟 I thought the eel might have a slight smell, but there was none at all — it was nutty and delicious. Oh right, I'd forgotten it was coming, and it made everything even more of a feast. Fern, radish, fish and chopped green onion, all bubbling away in a stone pot — honestly, coming here means you'll need two bowls of rice.. 🔥 The seasoning was so good, and mixed into rice it was heavenly 😇 We left truly full and satisfied after this nourishing meal!
