(so cute) True to the name Wareureu Mansion, the vibe felt kind of wild (in a good way) — cute and fun. Most bars just cook up frozen food, but this place seemed to boil the pork in-house! The pork was so tender and soft that I gave it a pass the moment I took the first bite. This dish combines Korean beef tripe, chicken, and aged kimchi, and the portion was more generous than expected. It wasn't just a token bit of tripe either — there was a good amount of both chicken and tripe, so it was plenty for two of us to share. And you know how sometimes when you're drinking you just crave a warm soup dish?! This was perfect for that moment!!
