Wow... Buchigom is genuinely a pancake specialist. It wasn't one of those soggy pancakes loaded with batter — as you can see in the photo, the batter just barely holds the minari together... the minari itself is packed in tight and crispy! I'd seen beer or whiskey samplers before, but this was my first makgeolli sampler, and it was so, so good haha. It was fun pairing each one with the different anju. ## Is Buchigom worth a visit?
