Final verdict Moist, tender pork belly suyuk with no funky smell, chewy pork jowl suyuk, and the spicy, punchy combo of octopus stir-fry and rice balls to cut through any potential greasiness — Dambaek Jujeom really delivered. A sip of cold beer on top matched perfectly with the food. Overall the seasoning wasn't harsh at all — clean and dambaek (plain/light), just like the name — so I finished everything to the last bite without getting tired of it. If you're near Sangsu Station looking for a solid Korean-style bar with quality snacks, or a comfortable place to handle dinner and drinks in one go, I recommend Dambaek Jujeom.
