I came here before with my dad, bragged about how good it was to my mom, and she said she wanted to try it too — so this time I went with mom. The meat quality was excellent too. When I first visited there was only the Bulgwang branch, but this time I noticed they'd expanded to two more locations. Yep, this is definitely a real local favorite. Why wouldn't you come to Yukjjip and save on drinks? The meat is delicious and the drinks are cheap too? That's a no-brainer. On top of that, there's an event where you get a service item if you wait in line — boss, are you sure you're making money selling like this...? If you order the mixed platter, you get to try gabrisal (pork shoulder blade), pork neck, and pork belly all at once. They grilled the pork neck first — it was thick and full of juice, melt-in-your-mouth tender. It wasn't dry at all, so it was great to eat in different ways. The pork belly had a bit more fat, so dipping it in myeoljeot to cut through the fat, or eating it with the wild garlic leaves, was the best combo. It's ₩7,000 but the portion is huge. It comes out folded in half as one whole piece. Since this is a side dish, they don't grill it for you separately, but they did give us a pressing stone(?) of sorts, so it wasn't hard to grill ourselves. And since soju was ₩1,000, we ended up drinking two whole bottles for daytime drinking. Hahahahaha that's still only ₩2,000!!
