It is made with ribeye and round, gim (roasted seaweed) pesto, pickled shallots, and chives, and we ordered it with brioche to have alongside it. Putting the tartare on the brioche made it easy to enjoy in one bite. It comes with fried potato gnocchi in a Chodang corn cream sauce, so it may feel a little different if you order it expecting the usual chewy gnocchi. If you like the distinctive crisp texture of fried gnocchi, it might actually feel like a fun change. ### The butter pasta I liked best And then, the butter pasta, which was my favorite! It is made with Isigny AOP butter, shrimp, and linguine, and I loved the subtle nutty flavor of the butter.
