The Café de Paris butter in particular added a nutty, savory richness that paired really well with the steak. The fries that came with it were crispy and light, so they went great with the steak. Even without eating actual shrimp, it felt like I was chewing on shrimp somehow? 🦐 The grilled prawns on top were plump and springy, with a subtle smoky char that made them even better paired with the pasta. If you like shrimp, this dish will satisfy you! The arugula also cut through the richness, so the overall balance was great.
