The yukjeon (pan-fried beef) and yukhoe (beef tartare) that come as basic side dishes are free, but the quality doesn't suffer at all for it. The yukjeon looked carefully prepared even just visually, and the yukhoe was clean-tasting and just as good as a main dish.
