Even when I visited, it was fairly full with couples on dates, friends, and families eating with children. It was my first time having lasagna, and even more so, lasagna topped with cheese, so I was equal parts excited and curious. A staff member covered it in potato cheese right in front of me, and oh, the presentation was better than I expected. It was vanilla ice cream sprinkled with Maldon salt, with crunch underneath. The staff member explained it and even drizzled olive oil over it. At first I wondered what on earth this combination would be, but after trying it, it wasn't bad.
