With so many cheesecake flavors to choose from, I ended up picking the fig cake since figs are in season in summer haha. The unique black sesame flavor paired really well with the soft cheese. And at the finish, the sweet fig jam balanced out the black sesame cream, which could otherwise feel heavy. Also, I'm a financier lover, and this one was crispy yet moist — really delicious.
