Honestly, it was delicious however I ate it~~~ The meat itself was so good that it melted in my mouth even on its own! Bossam that looked beautiful and radiant no matter how many times I saw it... I love bossam, so I’ve gone out to eat it all over the place, but it’s hard to find a bossam restaurant this clean-tasting, without any porky smell or greasiness. Now I get why it was so crowded!!! I heard Cheongun Bossam uses whole gabrisal (pork jowl), rather than regular pork belly. Apparently, you can switch to pork neck too, so I should try that next time! ## Spicy kalguksu with webfoot octopus topping Next came the spicy kalguksu (knife-cut noodles)! Here, you can choose the topping for it. We chose webfoot octopus from the bossam, webfoot octopus, and tripe options! It’s called spicy kalguksu, but it wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy~! It kind of felt like eating tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes)?
