## A weekday afternoon soufflé run with a friend

Last Monday I took a half-day off work
and headed to Think Fruit in Hongdae around 4:30pm with a friend couple
Yesterday was a double date but today, flying solo haha
Anyway, she's my close friend from elementary school, so we met up to eat something good
I love soufflés but could never find one worth eating
so I searched hard for the best soufflé place in Hongdae and found it —
"Think Fruit"
Apparently they pile on seasonal fruit
and bake the soufflé fresh the moment you order
so I went in with sky-high expectations

### Salted cream milk tea: a subtle sweet-and-salty

The iced Americano was nutty and clean
The salted cream milk tea comes with a half shot of espresso mixed in
it's the BEST menu item, so I had to try it out of curiosity!
The slightly bitter milk tea gets a touch of coffee flavor
and on top, a soft, salty cream adds a subtle sweet-and-salty balance
You know sweet-and-salty never disappoints
you get to enjoy both coffee and milk tea without missing out on either~

### A cloud-soft soufflé texture

I cut off a piece of the soufflé and took a bite
and the texture reminded me of a cloud .. ☁️
As fluffy as cotton candy
and it just melts away softly in your mouth
the best soufflé I've had so far, hands down 👍🏻
+ for someone who loves peaches like me
this was truly a match made in heaven

### Hard peach and soft peach on one plate

They even had both hard peach and soft peach on the same plate!!
The hard peach had that crisp, sweet bite
while the soft peach was juicy and tender ,,,
Being able to enjoy both on one plate
is such a smart touch from the owner 💗
Every single peach was sweet and delicious too
one bite of soufflé~ one bite of peach~

Another point you can't miss
was this Greek momo style whole peach
At first I thought it was just a whole peach
but before cutting into it I had a little hope
that there might be Greek yogurt inside haha
I carefully cut it open
and sure enough, there was Greek yogurt tucked right inside
We all went "whoa!!" together — I still remember that moment fondly

Soft soufflé, sweet peach,
Greek yogurt, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream —
try mixing and matching them in different combinations

If you're looking for a Hongdae dessert café that has
not just pretty desserts but genuinely delicious soufflé, I highly recommend Think Fruit
Since they use seasonal fruit
you get to meet a different soufflé every season, which is another charm
and since they bake it fresh the moment you order
the wait didn't feel wasted at all
Personally, I really want to bring my boyfriend here too
He's not that into soufflés
but I think it's just because he's never had a truly good one haha
I want to show him — look, soufflé this good exists!!
