The place felt so stylish and thoughtfully designed that I looked into it, and it turns out an 8-year developer and UX designer, whose after-work drinks were the highlight of the day, left their company after long deliberation to open this space! I thought it was such a fresh idea that the brand name crosses 'VARCHAR' (a data type that holds various kinds of storage) with the mood of a 'bar,' and the familiar menu of a 'pocha' (street food tent).
