Today I want to introduce Sujeoga Daehung Station Branch, where I had a really good Chinese meal near Daeheung Station. What we ordered that day was chadol jjamppong (11,000 won) plus a small garlic tenderloin sweet and sour pork (17,000 won)! The food was great, but honestly what made me feel really good throughout the meal was how kind and attentive the staff were!

## What kind of place is Sujeoga Daehung Station Branch?

📍 Sujeoga Daehung Station Branch

Sujeoga Daehung Station Branch gave me the impression that they pay close attention to everything from ingredients to cooking process, even for a single dish. They use fresh ingredients and cook each order right after it's placed, so it comes out warm and delicious. They also hand-pull their own noodles, and I could really tell — the texture of the noodles in the jjamppong was great, and the care put into the food came through naturally :)

## How was the chadol jjamppong broth?

🔥 Spicy and clean chadol jjamppong

From the very first spoonful, the broth of the chadol jjamppong had a really deep flavor. The moderately spicy heat combined with a refreshing savory depth, so it never felt heavy in the mouth and finished clean! There was also a generous amount of savory chadol (beef brisket) in it, and eating that with the chewy noodles added even more flavor. If you like spicy broth, this chadol jjamppong is a bowl worth enjoying :)

The broth was soaked deeply into the noodles, so every bite delivered the full flavor of the jjamppong. Eating the chewy noodles alongside the savory chadol, the clean, savory taste of the beef added a nice extra layer — the combination worked really well. The spicy broth and the savory brisket complemented each other so well that I never got tired of it, right to the last bite, and it was quite filling :)

When I eat jjamppong, I think the noodles matter, but the broth is really what determines the overall flavor — and Sujeoga's chadol jjamppong had a spicy yet refreshing broth that suited my taste perfectly :)

## How is garlic tenderloin tangsuyuk different from regular tangsuyuk?

🧄 Full of garlic flavor tenderloin tangsuyuk

And then the garlic tenderloin tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) we ordered together! The crispy fried tenderloin tangsuyuk had garlic flavor added to it, giving it a different feel from regular tangsuyuk.

![Crispy fried small-size garlic tenderloin tangsuyuk](https://img.superchart.com/images/sujeoga-daeheung-chadol-jjamppong-garlic-tangsuyuk/sujeoga-daeheung-chadol-jjamppong-garlic-tangsuyuk-12-1s8fx-900.webp)

![Garlic tenderloin tangsuyuk with sweet sauce](https://img.superchart.com/images/sujeoga-daeheung-chadol-jjamppong-garlic-tangsuyuk/sujeoga-daeheung-chadol-jjamppong-garlic-tangsuyuk-13-wn10t-900.webp)

The garlic tenderloin tangsuyuk was already delicious on its own, with crispy fried tenderloin and sweet sauce coming together nicely — but the subtle garlic aroma spreading through it made the flavor feel a lot more distinctive than regular tangsuyuk. The meat was tender and the outside was crispy, so the texture was great too, and eating it alongside the spicy jjamppong felt like the two filled in what the other was missing! Alternating bites of the spicy chadol jjamppong with the tangsuyuk turned out to be a surprisingly great combination :)
