When you think of solo-dining menus you usually picture a simple rice bowl or soup, but here rice + fried egg + jjageuli (thick stew) + side dishes all come out neatly as one set, which makes for a really satisfying meal! Compared to plain white rice, eating it together with the fried egg softened the spicy taste of the jjageuli nicely. I also added pork cutlet as a side dish. Crispy pork cutlet paired really well with a spicy dish like jjageuli.
