A professional grills it golden brown and plump just right, so there's no hassle of grilling it yourself, and it was nice being able to eat it right when it was at its best haha ## How did the eel taste I let some shredded ginger take a bath in the eel sauce..! and dipped a golden-grilled eel tail in it and tried it — the eel was really clean-tasting and delicious.
