I went a bit later, so there was no wait, but it was clearly already a well-known spot — there were plenty of diners and lots of delivery orders going out. Since we came as a pair, we ordered the India The Durbar Set B. Set B is ₩45,000 for two and comes with green salad, boneless tandoori chicken, and two curries, plus naan, rice, and lassi. It had an orange-toned sauce drizzled over the vegetables, and the first bite hit with a bright sweet-and-tart flavor. Since the curries and tandoori chicken that come later tend to be strong in aroma and flavor, starting with something so refreshing set a light tone for the meal — the order made sense. The outside was coated thickly in sauce, and the edges showed a bit of char from the flame. Eating those charred bits along with the rest meant the flavor wasn't just spice — there was a grilled aroma layered in that made it taste much more vivid. The outer coating especially carried a rich sauce flavor while the inner meat stayed tender, so eating both together felt great. And since it was boneless, there was no need to pick anything apart — just grab and eat, bite by bite. We picked at a few pieces before the curries even arrived and the plate was empty in no time haha. ## Two curries: palak paneer and butter chicken With Set B you get to choose two curries. We picked butter chicken and palak paneer so the flavors wouldn't overlap. Placed side by side, the colors alone were completely different. The butter chicken had an orange sauce with a soft, creamy texture visible right away. The first bite brought a sweet note up front, followed by the gentle flavor of tomato and butter. The palak paneer, by contrast, was a vivid green spinach curry. Eating it right after the butter chicken made the contrast even clearer. Where the butter chicken was sweet and carried on creamy, the palak paneer left behind a cleaner, more subtle spinach flavor. It felt lighter on the palate, so it was good to alternate with the butter chicken between bites. Ordering both meant we never got too used to one flavor and could keep switching back and forth all the way through. ## Alternating between naan and rice Naan and rice came out alongside the curries. At first we tore off pieces of naan and dipped them into both curries in turn.
