That’s how I ended up at Susi Seon Bangi Branch (스시선 방이점), which has held the same spot for 13 years and had great reviews. The owner was so kind, and everything—from the pork cutlets to the sushi—was excellent, so I wanted to share it with you too. Susi Seon Bangi Branch is within walking distance of Exit 10 of Jamsil Station or Exit 2 of Songpanaru Station, so it is a nice place to stop by after a date around Seokchon Lake! There are counter seats for solo diners, as well as tables for two to four people for couples, friends, families, and coworkers, so lots of groups visit too. We went on a weekday, but it was lunchtime and every two-to-four-person table was full. It has been operating from the same location for 13 years, and you could see why it has been loved by so many customers. The price was quite affordable, yet every ingredient was fresh, which made the whole meal satisfying! I love pork cutlets so much that I ordered the assorted platter to enjoy several kinds. And Boltz katsu had a look I had never seen before, so I ate it wondering what it would taste like.
