Plump, grilled squid sat on top of the black squid ink risotto, and it looked appetizing from the moment it arrived. I’m definitely ordering this one again next time! 🤣 The rice was cooked to the perfect doneness, as people like to say these days! The squid was not tough and had a smoky char and nutty flavor, while the squid ink risotto was savory and paired well with the natural umami of the seafood. Eating a piece of squid with the risotto made the nutty flavor come through even more strongly. After trying everything, Two Find Peter initially felt strongly like a restaurant with a nice atmosphere, but once I ate, it clearly was not a place relying on atmosphere alone. The lighting is especially soft, so I think the atmosphere would be even better in the evening. If you are looking in Beomgye for somewhere to talk calmly over pasta or risotto instead of going to a very noisy Korean barbecue place, it is worth visiting at least once.
