What I ordered that day was two medium pork gomtangs for ₩22,000, and cold pork slices for ₩10,000. It came out faster than I expected, and even though I ordered the medium size, it was huge! And the texture was great to begin with — properly moist, not tough, nice and chewy, perfect as a side dish. Since the gomtang itself already comes seasoned, I think the pepper they had on the table was a milder blend prepared specially for that — sprinkling it on didn't make things salty, it just brought out this rush of savoriness that went really well with the soup haha The rice portion was generous too, so I left having had a really satisfying meal. How should I put it — it wasn't harsh or overpowering, but it warmed me up and settled my stomach!
