It had been such a long time since I had seen fries in this chunky potato style that I simply could not resist ordering them, haha. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, so they really felt like eating actual potatoes. The seasoning sprinkled on top went well with the potatoes, and they were perfect to pick at between bites of pizza. They paired so well with beer. ## Green grape ale and Cloud Wheat Ale Another great thing about Weizenhaus is the wide beer selection! That day, we ordered green grape ale and Cloud Wheat Ale. I do not know beer varieties especially well, so I always struggle with what to choose when there are this many options.
