We got there a little before 6, and already a lot of people inside were having a drink! If we'd been any later there might not have been a seat! For a comfortable visit, I'd definitely recommend booking ahead 👍 ## The window seat: an open-air pub feel indoors The window seats at Eulji Baektan Ppyeogui have such big windows it feels completely like an outdoor pojangmacha (street tent bar). Staff explained that the meat is so tender you can pick it all apart with chopsticks alone, and it's really true!!! The real deal has appeared!! 🍖 It's easier than grilling samgyeopsal (pork belly)... honestly the easiest meat there is!! Is bone meat really this easy to pick apart? Open kitchen = confidence in cleanliness, and that was a nice touch too. There were a lot of couples on dates behind us, and I thought, a date at a bone grill place — that can't be easy for couples in the early flirting stage...? But I needn't have worried — at Baektan Ppyeogui you really don't have to pick things up and gnaw and tear, so you can keep the mood classy and the food good, both at once. Since you can eat the bone grill without any awkwardness, it works totally fine whether it's a date or a work dinner — Baektan Ppyeogui, a bone grill go-to in Euljiro 3-ga. The staff were also super kind and the access is great, so I think I'll come back with friends soon~~!!!
