Aglio e olio is built on garlic and oil, so it's a completely different experience from cream pasta — since the flavor centers on garlic and the clean taste of oil, it's a good pick for anyone who finds cream pasta a bit heavy. We like our aglio e olio a little spicy, so we had them make it spicier than Shin Ramyun!
