Thinly sliced, it cooked quickly over the charcoal fire. The usamgyeopsal had savory fat and tender juices that spread all through my mouth. Dipped in Ugojip's special sauce, it paired so well with the fattiness~ It's also great topped with the myeongi namul (wild garlic leaf) side dish, and goes really well with scallion strips too! Put over rice, it's a total rice thief~~ ### Galbisal (rib finger) The galbisal had a nice thickness with marbling running through it — the more I chewed, the more rich juice and chewy texture came out. So juicy and chewy! It's delicious even with just a dip of salt,,,, and the combo with myeongi namul and wasabi is great too. ### Tosisal (hanging tender) Next up was the tosisal, with amazing marbling!
