The main lounge has a variety of seating — sofas, bar tables, window seats — but what stood out most was just how many outlets there were

Not thin, disappointing salmon — plump, rich smoked salmon with red onion, cherry tomatoes, cabbage, green leaf lettuce, and a special sauce
