It was subtle but stayed in my mouth right through to the end, making everything so savory!!! It was sooo delicious, and the grilled vegetables were especially the key!!!!ㅠㅠ The kabocha, mushrooms, broccoli, and everything else were grilled absolutely perfectly.. The meat was so tender that I couldn’t believe it was pork collar! I truly, truly recommend the Iberico grilled pork collar 😵💫🖤😵💫 Orot Silbi is a Gongdeok favorite where we could enjoy high-quality food and a drink in a softly lit atmosphere.
