Mentsuru Euljiro Branch's motsu ramen (₩15,000) has beef offal in it, so it felt a bit different from regular ramen. The broth was spicier than expected 🌶️ I usually like spicy food, but even I found this one pretty hot haha. Still, the savory flavor of the beef offal added to the broth was really appealing, and best of all, there was zero offal smell — I enjoyed it a lot! ♥ ツ This one's a good choice if you want to try something different from your usual ramen. The clean broth paired with the noodles went down easily and comfortably.
