At a wide single seat facing the window, the clear broth shabu came with added fish balls and a self-serve porridge finish, and the spicy broth followed; the porridge lost so much broth it turned out almost like risotto. The seats are all distinctly separated, so it feels a bit private too. It seems like you could enjoy a quiet, relaxed meal here! Unlike most solo shabu-shabu places, the seats themselves are spacious, which I liked. Highly recommended for solo diners! I grabbed a spot here myself. It's a shabu-shabu place, but thanks to the tomato and mala broths, you can also eat it hot-pot style! There are three: peanut, ponzu, and chili. The peanut sauce here is delicious!! Dipping well-cooked meat and vegetables into the sauce is just too good~ haha. On rainy days or when it gets a bit chilly, I find myself craving shabu-shabu without even realizing it haha. The fish balls I added actually turned out to be included as a default too. But since they were tasty, I'm glad I added extra!
