## In short

Soi Nana is a Thai restaurant on the first floor of the Arc Valley Knowledge Industry Center in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong, Seoul. A family of three ate poo pad pong curry (crab curry), beef shank pho and crab fried rice at Soi Nana, and parked free for 1 hour in the building's own garage. The spices at Soi Nana are mild, so it works well for a family meal with anyone new to Thai food.

Finding a place in Seongsu for a date or a family meal can be surprisingly tricky. The vibe has to be decent, the food has to be good, and if parking is easy too, that's just a bonus.

The place I'm introducing this time checks quite a few of those boxes: Soi Nana in Seongsu. It keeps the charm of authentic Thai food while offering dishes that feel relatively approachable to Korean palates, so it's a great fit not just for people who already love Thai food, but also for those who've hesitated because of the spices.

## Where do you park at Soi Nana in Seongsu?

Soi Nana Seongsu sits on the first floor of Arc Valley in Seongsu-dong. Just put "Arc Valley Knowledge Industry Center" into your navigation. Normally I wouldn't even think about bringing a car to Seongsu.

But you can use the building's internal parking garage, and get 1 hour free, which was super convenient. Parking is a low-key stressor when eating out in Seongsu, so having access to a building garage turned out to be a bigger perk than I expected. The parking spaces were also fairly spacious, making it easy to drive there.

## What does Soi Nana look like inside?

The interior of Soi Nana Seongsu wasn't overdecorated — instead, it used wood tones and rattan materials to create a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

So it felt like you were really out for Thai food, while also carrying that distinctly stylish Seongsu air. Personally, I love spaces like this. You don't have to dress up, but it's also not so casual that you feel rushed to eat and leave.

In fact, reviews often praise the space, the atmosphere, and the plating, and in the evenings it's a great spot for blind dates or couples' dates. So I thought it works well for dates, friend gatherings, and family dinners alike.

*Exotic yet familiar.*

## Soi Nana's menu: enough variety for a group

The menu at Soi Nana Seongsu lets you enjoy a wide range of representative Thai dishes. You order via kiosk.

Tendon beef pho, fresh pineapple fried rice, pad thai goong, bun cha, poo pad pong curry, lemon cream shrimp — there was so much I wanted to try.

*The poo pad pong curry was so good!*

Since there were only three of us, I was actually a little sad we couldn't order more haha. Next time I should come with a group of friends.

*The pho was great too*

Rather than just having pho on its own, ordering fried rice, pad thai, or a shrimp dish alongside it gives more of a party feel, and the flavor combinations become much richer and more fun.

## How do the poo pad pong curry and beef shank pho taste?

There's definitely that exotic Thai character, but Soi Nana Seongsu isn't the kind of place with overpoweringly strong spices.

The signature poo pad pong curry (crab curry) had a soft coconut-and-egg-based sauce paired with wonderfully crispy soft-shell crab. I've eaten this dish at many restaurants since it's such a rice thief and always delicious, and this genuinely felt like the real deal.

The tendon pho was also clear yet deep in flavor, with tender meat.

Of course it's a welcome flavor for Thai food lovers, but even first-timers could eat it and go, this is delicious!

And if you like shrimp dishes, be sure to try the lemon cream shrimp too.

My son wanted crab fried rice, so between that (it made for a lot of food already) we couldn't order the shrimp too. Definitely trying the lemon cream shrimp next time haha.

## Is Soi Nana good for a date or a family meal?

Seongsu has so many pretty restaurants, but when you actually try to go with family, the menu or the parking situation can become a real concern.

![Family dinner table view at Soi Nana Seongsu](https://img.superchart.com/images/soi-nana-seongsu-family-parking/soi-nana-seongsu-family-parking-17-egoef-966.webp)

Soi Nana Seongsu had none of those worries.

- For a date → great for enjoying exotic food and atmosphere together
- For a friends' gathering → great for ordering several dishes to share
- For a family dinner → good because there are relatively easy-to-eat options like pho and fried rice to choose from!
- Even if you drive → you can use the building's parking garage, which takes off a lot of the burden. The parking fee is also cheaper compared to other buildings.

The staff were friendly, and the food was completely satisfying too, so I felt good the whole meal. This isn't just a pretty spot in Seongsu — it's a restaurant I'd strongly recommend for anyone who wants taste, atmosphere, and convenience all together. When you're stuck wondering what to eat in Seongsu today, it's nice to have a place like this in your back pocket. Definitely worth saving on Naver Place. 😊
