Between the mild, tidy side dishes and the warm tofu, it felt like eating home-cooked food after a long time. On days like these with big temperature swings, I'd absolutely recommend this dish :) If you love soup and stew dishes, definitely try the hot pot combo. It was also great that you can take home the biji prepared next to the self-serve bar for free :) I made sure to grab one to make biji jjigae (soybean pulp stew) at home. From the deep flavor of the handmade tofu to the refreshing hot pot broth, every dish felt full of care, and I left Maetdolroman Deungchon Branch very satisfied. The mild, tidy cooking felt as comforting as a home-cooked meal from mom, and the portions were generous enough that I stayed happily full until the last bite. On top of that, being able to take home free biji after the meal really showed the owner's generosity :) I'd strongly recommend this place for a comforting, filling meal, whether it's a family gathering or a hangover cure. It's also great for lunch, and a stress-free choice any day you need a hearty meal.
