They make their own sanuki udon noodles fresh every dawn. The noodles are incredibly chewy and springy! We ordered the cold udon topped with chicken tempura. You pour tsuyu (dipping sauce) over it. The little dishware is so neat and pretty that eating a bowl of udon just feels good. The pork loin cutlet is thick and superb. Last time I had the loin-and-mozzarella set, which was delicious, but it was sold out this time, so we just ordered the loin. This is the dish our 17-month-old, Hajun, devoured the most. You can enjoy it three ways — a dab of salt, a dab of wasabi, or the house special sauce. With meat this good, the salt combo is truly delicious. Best of all, it's domestic pork loin, so I could feed it to my kid without worry.
