The place I visited is ✅️ Furato Shokudo Seoul Square. The omurice is supposedly a signature too, but I always feel like I'm missing out if I don't grill my own cutlet here. So it's a style where you grill the meat yourself on a tabletop hearth. Personally, if two people are visiting, I'd recommend ordering one gyukatsu plus one steki set to share. Grilling both on the same hearth lets you taste both menus together. And if possible, I'd recommend adding ✅️ butter to grill with too! - ✌️ Much richer flavor! - ✌️ The outside gets even crispier! That said, at first the hearth isn't hot enough yet, so you have to wait a bit. But at some point the heat really kicks in, and from then on I was basically eating like a competitive eater haha. The staff check in periodically and swap out the coals if the fire seems to be dying down. For reference, Furato Shokudo Seoul Square actually seemed better than expected for solo dining.
