The baguette sandwich normally comes on a baguette. Since I was told it could become hard if left for a while, I switched mine to ciabatta. It came with a tangy-sweet house sauce based on whole-grain mustard, fresh vegetables, cheese, and Charvetier handmade ham, and the balance of ingredients was really good.
