## How the dak hanmari broth and chicken tasted

Once the pot arrived at the table and started boiling, napa cabbage, green onion, shiitake mushrooms, jujube, and rice cakes all cooked together in the broth — the generous mix of ingredients looked delicious just sitting there. Once it had boiled long enough, the chicken we pulled out wasn't dry at all, pulling apart tender along the grain, and the broth was rich from the very first spoonful, the kind that feels like it's doing you good.
