I went for the hanwoo assortment because the value and, above all, the lineup looked so solid: sirloin, salchisal, galbisal, skirt meat, upjinsal, jebi churi, and buchaesal. Beef and somaek—a soju-and-beer mix—are always a perfect match too. As the gentle charcoal aroma soaked into the meat, its beefy flavor became even richer!
